Baking
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of dough, spacing them apart.
- Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature with a glass of milk or cup of tea. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. For a healthier version, use whole wheat flour or natural sweeteners.
